STEP 1 - ASSESSMENT

 

To streamline your efforts and ensure your project meets the highest standards of sustainability and performance tailored to your budget and your specific needs, start by completing our Green Wise™ assessment. With this thorough assessment, we will look at a variety of health, safety, performance, equity, and environmental factors that all have to do with your space. Our GWA evaluation process offers a clear, comprehensive framework designed to guide you through the essential steps of creating a sustainable, high-performance building.

STEP 2 - REPORT

​

After you complete the assessment, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing recommendations to help you meet green building standards, certifications, and rating systems within the UN's Sustainability and Development goals. The GW assessment and report is a foundational framework addressing human health and wellness through green building standards, certifications, and rating systems. It aims to mitigate the impact of buildings on the natural environment by promoting sustainable design and practices, with a strong focus on enhancing human well-being. Our tailored recommendations help clients achieve stringent global rating systems focused on sustainable design and practices.
